friendly staff excellent service delicious food tired resort worn robes

The staff displayed friendliness and provided excellent service. Food was delicious, especially breakfast with its great view. The room was spacious and well serviced. I also appreciated that the hotel's location made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

The resort looked rather tired. Amenities like pool towels and the robes were a little worn. I also noticed the minibar was checked every morning.

I found the staff to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay. my ocean view pool suite was spacious and well-appointed. the breakfast buffet featured many choices! i used the complimentary shuttle to padang padang beach. It proved convenient.

damp smell many steps

The buffet food selection met my expectations.

The room smelled strongly of dampness and needed to be refreshed. It was quite noisy. The numerous steps down to the pool area were very inconvenient.
